Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

All of our products include “White Glove Delivery” which includes inside delivery, un-packaging, standard setup and debris removal. Standard set up includes setting items where they belong. We do not do any assembly.  All items are inspected before they leave our factory. If your shipment arrives with damage, please be sure to write it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. If the item has minor damages we will attempt to have the item repaired by a furniture mechanic. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent as quickly as possible to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before the original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge you for the non-returned item.

Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order once it is placed, excluding weekends. After 24 hours you will be responsible for all inbound and out bound shipping charges and a 25% restocking charge. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations must be authorized in advance.

The return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the item has already been shipped or produced. A 25% restocking fee is also deducted from your refund for all items. Sorry we can not accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original undamaged packaging and all items must be in new sellable condition. Items will not be authorized for return after 1 day of the delivery date. Your refund will be processed once we receive all items.
